Salmon Breast



1 ½  - 2 lbs Salmon

8 oz Apple Cider

2 tbsp Maple Syrup

2 tsp Garlic (minced)

¼ tsp Lemon Zest 

1 tsp All Purpose Seasoning

Salt (to taste)

Pepper (to taste)



  1. Combine apple cider and maple syrup in saucepan.

  2. Bring to a boil and simmer until reduced by half

  3. Cool for about 5 min

  4. Stir in minced garlic, lemon zest, and spices

  5. Place salmon in shallow glass baking dish and coat with sauce

  6. Cover and marinate for 30 min, turning once

  7. Preheat oven to 400° F

  8. After preheated, place baking dish in oven uncovered

  9. Bake for 20 min (or easily flaked with fork)

  10. Serve and Enjoy!
